Gap Analysis for COR

Torgan Safety will perform a health and safety Gap Analysis (Assessment) on your health and safety management system currently in place to determine any areas within the program which may require improvement in order to be Certificate of Recognition (COR) ready. 

We will identify all documents which are missing or require improvement for your COR and develop an action plan for their creation and implementation.

To ensure your readiness for your audit, we will conduct the Gap Assessment based on the Certifying Partner you are working with. We will generate a report which details areas of compliance, areas of  improvements, and recommendations. This report can serve as a road map for improvement for any health and safety management system.

Once the Gap Assessment has been completed, we can provide assistance in developing and implementing a complete safety management system if required. This assistance will ensure your organization is COR ready and compliant with current health and safety regulations. Our team is also able to be hands-on in your audit if necessary.

During your Gap Analysis we will also provide areas of Continuous Improvement. These are items that are not necessarily COR required but may be Industry Best Standard or legislatively required.
